Eastbourne to Wilmington

From our home in Eastbourne we quickly get up onto the South Downs Way. Once there we follow it along through Eastbourne golf course and then down into Jevington. Use the path through the Church to avoid a dangerous road and then join the Weald Way to Folkington (a very, very muddy path in the autumn/winter months). When you reach Folkington car park, turn right and take a left at the small post box along a beautiful almost-Jurassic path that leads out into fields. Follow the path as it skirts around the fields and into Wilmington, then enjoy a cream tea at the Wishing Well tea rooms.
